Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Purchase details: your name, email, business name, state and what you bought. Payment cards are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Your work: the answers you type into kit tools, your lesson and quest progress, and your settings, so they are saved across your devices.
- Activity records: sign-ins, device type, IP address, and when you open or download things. We keep these to secure accounts, prevent sharing and fraud, and to answer payment disputes.
- Messages you send us.
How we use it
To deliver and support the product, send you your sign-in and welcome emails, save your progress, protect against fraud and misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We may send occasional product emails and you can opt out in any email.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the product: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (secure database), and Vercel (hosting). They process data for us under their own security commitments. We share records with your bank or Stripe if a payment is disputed, and with authorities where the law requires.
Security
Your data is stored in a private database that the public internet cannot read, with sign-in by emailed link rather than a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can download your data from the Support page in your HQ. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing hello@emersonnorth.com. We may need to keep purchase and dispute records for as long as the law and our accounting require.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers on the members area.
